Use the orange chat bubble (bottom left) on the website and in the app for product questions, bugs, and documentation feedback. Email and phone remain available. Do not use chat for Tax Shop bookkeeping sales — use the in-app “Need a bookkeeper?” CTA or /accountants.
What to include in feedback
- What you were trying to do
- Organisation name (if relevant)
- Screenshots or invoice/bill numbers when reporting numbers issues
- For tax/VAT questions, the period and report you used
